AI Crush Fit (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a fitness and wellness mobile app designed to minimize the collection of personal data. Most information you create or view in the app stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Body analysis features use models installed with the app and run entirely on your device: your photos and analysis results are not sent to a remote server or to a third party for that processing.

1) Data We Process

We only process data that is strictly necessary for the app to work:

Profile (optional): for example height you enter in settings.
Avatar choice: stored locally for in-app display (not treated as personal data under GDPR).
Workouts and progress: sessions, metrics, and history stored on your device.
Photos and body analyses: captured and processed in the app, then kept locally if you keep them.
Premium subscription: access status linked to an in-app purchase (see section 5).

We do not require a user account, email address, or personal identifier to use the app’s core features.

2) On-Device Artificial Intelligence

AI models used for body analysis (pose detection, segmentation, etc.) are downloaded and installed on your device with the app (or on first use of the feature).

Image processing and analysis results are produced on your phone or tablet.
No photos, no body contours, and no body analysis results are sent to our servers or to an external AI provider for this processing.
We do not use a cloud service to perform body analysis on your behalf.

3) How We Use Data

Display and save your workouts and progress locally.
Provide body analysis and related visuals, executed on the device.
Personalize the interface (theme, language, avatar).
Manage premium access through store in-app purchases.
Respond to your requests if you voluntarily contact us by email.

4) Storage and Retention

Fitness data, photos, and analyses are primarily stored on your device (app local storage).
You can delete all of this data by clearing app data or uninstalling AI Crush Fit.
We do not maintain a centralized server copy of your workouts, photos, or body analyses.

5) Third-Party Services and No Sharing of Personal Data

Your fitness-related personal data (profile entries, photos, body analyses, workout history) is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Only limited technical flows, without your photos or analysis content, may apply for:

Apple (App Store) — in-app purchase infrastructure (premium subscription).
RevenueCat — technical subscription status management (purchase-related identifiers, without access to your photos or body analyses).

These providers process only what is needed for billing and premium status, under their own privacy policies. They do not receive your AI analysis content or photos.

6) Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your photos, body analyses, or workout history with advertisers, social networks, or external AI providers.

7) Health Disclaimer

AI Crush Fit is a fitness and wellness application.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8) Children’s Privacy

AI Crush Fit is not intended for children under the age required by local law (including under 13 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

9) Your Rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR/EEA rights), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, object to or restrict processing, and request portability where applicable.

Because most data is on your device, you can usually delete it via system settings or by uninstalling the app. For any further request, contact us using the email below.

10) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Local storage also depends on your device security (passcode, OS updates). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11) International Transfers

Fitness data remaining on your device is not internationally transferred by us. If in-app purchase providers process data outside your country, appropriate safeguards are used as required by law.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The last updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
